With over 20 years of experience as equity partner in one of the largest international law firms in Switzerland and in one of the most important global law firms in Zurich, I offer comprehensive expertise and experience in the most relevant key areas of international business law.

My focus lies on advising nationally and internationally active small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs on transaction mandates, corporate and contract law and private equity matters, and on venture capital and other corporate financings.
